Thomas Aloysious Lebbie was appointed Director of Disaster Risk Reduction and Preparedness. He holds a Master of Philosophy (Marine Science). Before his appointment, Thomas served at various technical positions including serving as the Mangrove Conservation Specialist for Tetra Tech ARD project for West Africa – west African Biodiversity and Climate Change Programme.
