John V. Rogers was appointed Deputy Director-General National Disaster Management Agency in July 2021. Over the years, he served as Director for Disaster Management Agency when it was under the Office of National Security (ONS) as a department. He has also served as a trainer for National Disaster Management in West Africa and worked with the Department of State on Disaster Management in the USA. Mr. Rogers is also a fellow member of the Kofie Annan International Peacekeeping training center on disasters. He holds a Master Degree in Education, Bachelor of Arts degree University of Sierra Leone Fourah Bay College
