Mr. Abu Bakarr Bangura was appointed Director, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation in July 2021. He holds an MBA (Entrepreneurship) from the University of Milan. Prior to joining the Agency, he served as District Census Coordinator for western Area Urban midterm digital cartographic population and housing Census.
